Guys! These past 3 weeks have been absolutely life changing for me as I've consistently started to implement breath work into my life. Breath work is "conscious, controlled breathing done especially for relaxation, meditation, or therapeutic purposes" More specifically I have been doing the Guided Breathing Session by Wim Hof on Youtube. The benefits from doing this include stress reduction, faster recovery from physical exertion, better sleep, improved sports performance, enhanced creativity, and more focus and mental clarity. Notice the first and last benefit. In manifestation we understand that our assumptions create our reality and our assumptions are created in our minds. When you can take control of your body through breath work and reduce stress and create more focus and mental clarity, you will begin to see how easy it is to create new assumptions about your reality and easily accept them. A lot of times people struggle with Law of Assumption because of conflicting thoughts, doing breath work reduces that aspect of manifesting and you will experience how fast you start to consciously manifest things. I do this method of breath work about 2-3x a day and I've seen tremendous results and I want you guys to give it a shot as well.
